Who is responsible

What we collect
- Server log data — IP address, request time, page requested, browser and operating system string. Generated automatically for every website visit and used for security and troubleshooting.

- Correspondence — if you email us, we hold your address and message so we can reply.
- Cheat sheet requests — the order form on the packs page collects your name, email address, the pack you selected and any optional note. That information travels as an ordinary email from your own account to ours; the website neither stores nor transmits it. We use it to fill the order and to answer you, and we never ask for card or banking details by email.
We do not run accounts, we do not process payments on this site, and there is no login.
Why we hold it
Log data is kept to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. Measurement data, where consented to, tells us which guides are read so that we know what to update. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Data is handled by our hosting provider as part of delivering the site, and by an analytics provider only where consent has been given. Where a provider stores data outside Australia, that transfer is limited to what is necessary to run the service.
